Definitely not worth £3.89! Despite the glossy cover, this book is dreadful quality. Firstly it's more like a magazine than a book, only 24 pages. The paper isn't white or smooth, more of a cheap, rough, recycled paper; which is so thin it's see-through - you can see the print from the previous page through the paper. I have added a photo where i've put some colour on one of the pages, then another of the next page to show how thin it is. I own better quality books that only cost £1.49, have thick white paper, and aren't see through. I'm generally pleased with most things i buy from ali express, but this is absolutely dreadful. If you're thinking of buying one, save your money and don't bother.

The paper is quite thin, so patience should be exercised when practicing.
